1. Who we are
Cadence Flow is a sole proprietorship operated by Ray Vasquez in California, USA. We provide operational diagnostic and process improvement services to businesses. You can reach us at ray@cadenceflow.co.
2. What information we collect
When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, industry, team size, and your description of your business problem. When you book a discovery call, we collect the information needed to create a calendar event including your email address and selected time slot. We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not collect any information from visitors who browse without submitting a form.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to prepare for and conduct your discovery call, to send you a Google Calendar invite and Google Meet link for your booked call, and to deliver your diagnostic brief and related documents following the engagement. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
4. How we store your information
Intake form submissions are transmitted to ray@cadenceflow.co via email and stored in Google Workspace. Calendar bookings are stored in Google Calendar. Engagement documents are stored in Google Drive. We use Google Workspace for business, which is subject to Google security and privacy standards. We retain your information for the duration of the engagement and for up to three years afterward for business records purposes.
5. Third-party services
This website is hosted on Vercel. Calendar functionality uses the Google Calendar API. Email notifications use Gmail via Google Workspace. These services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data passing through their infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
6. Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing ray@cadenceflow.co. We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
7. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only cookies that may be set are those required for the website to function correctly, such as session state for the intake form.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at ray@cadenceflow.co.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
